Prices

My prices are very competitive and I generally charge per hour. In addition, I offer discounts for block bookings. My services are available to all age groups and skill levels; I have worked with recreational sports people, Olympic-standard athletes, and all levels in between.

My Expertise

When you hire me you are guaranteed a service of excellent quality. I have an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a masters' degree in Sports Psychology. Furthermore, I have experience of over 10 years of advanced resistance and cardiovascular exercise techniques and a Diploma in Personal Training. In addition, I am a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES), the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs).

Sports I have worked in before include golf, rowing, Olympic weighlifting, karate, korfball, basketball, archery, motorcycle racing and more.
